Foundations of Pilates Reformer – 6 Week Program
WHEN: Beginning February 10th
Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:00pm

DETAILS: Enjoy a full-body workout with the Pilates Reformer. Improve your overall muscle tone, strength, and posture. Precise movements emphasize abdominal and lower back development to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, and flexibility. A series of weighted springs adds resistance, while the pulley system provides a gentle, lengthening of muscles.
Tabata Wave – 6 Week Program
WHEN: Beginning February 11th
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:45am
DETAILS: Learn how to properly use the Concept2 rowing machines in this team-oriented circuit-training class. This class unites the best of many fitness worlds. We’ll work together to row the group to the finish line through high intensity intervals, Tabata-style. Work through circuits comprised of compound movements to condition and strengthen efficiently, then find your cardiovascular edge in anaerobic rowing intervals.
Commit to Be Healthy Challenge – 6 Week Program
WHEN: Beginning February 12th
Tuesdays & Fridays at 1:00pm
Wednesdays at 5:00pm & Sundays at 4:00pm
DETAILS: Join VIDA’s Personal Training team as we take you through a weight loss challenge designed to deliver your beach-ready body. This challenge is available to 2 teams of 6 participants each who will compete over the 6 week period for free VIDA membership dues. The program includes all workouts and a comprehensive nutrition plan with our Registered Dietitian.
Boxing Series – 4 Week Program
WHEN: Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30pm beginning February 12th
DETAILS: Develop and understand the fundamentals of footwork, head movement, punching, blocking, and evading. All levels are welcome as we’ll provide you with plenty of progressions. You’ll learn how to throw perfect jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and power punches; all during an awesome workout designed to get you fit fast. Training equipment will consist of focus mitts, heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, and bodyweight exercises.
Self Defense and Combat Conditioning – 4 Week Program
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30pm beginning February 18th
DETAILS: Learn the art of Self-Defense training in precise and situational scenarios. Defend yourself and your family on foot and off your back (ground fighting). This class will boost your confidence, eliminate fear, get you in shape, and tone your entire body. Have fun in a group setting, meet new friends, and push yourself to meet new challenges.
VIDA Barre Resolutions Challenge
WHEN: Begins Saturday, February 22nd

DETAILS: VIDA’s Barre Resolutions Challenge is a 6 week program that combines a healthy eating plan with our fun, high-energy barre classes. Meetings will include Pilates and barre work in one boot-camp-style session, promising varied exercises that will sculpt you all over and work up a sweat. In this fast-paced, 90-minute workout, you’ll use resistance bands, weights, yoga mats and, of course, the ballet barre. It’s a great way to get your heart pumping while building core strength and flexibility. Tone, lift, and sculpt your body, all while learning to make healthier choices and understanding portion sizes.
POUND the Alarm: Dance & Sculpt – 1 Day Workshop

DETAILS: Sneak in a fun-filled aerobic workout peppered with toning moves before you enjoy your Saturday evening plans. This enthusiastic, low-pressure dance party will unite the hip-hop and pop moves of WERQ® with the Indian dance stylings of Doonya and the rhythmic beats from POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT. Try all three of VIDA’s fresh fitness formats in one high-energy jam session!
Evening Outdoor Boot Camp – 6 Week Program
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 9:30am begins February 25th
DETAILS: This outdoor cross-training adventure will work your entire body by going from one exercise to another without rest. Pushups, jumping jacks, and crunches are only the beginning of this powerful caloric burn. Reduce stress, lose fat, tone-up, build confidence, and watch your body transform while developing new friendships.
Foam Rolling & Myofascial Release – 1 Day Workshop
WHEN: Beginning February 16th
Sunday, February 16th from 5:00 to 6:30pm Wednesday, February 19th from 9:00pm to 10:30pm Saturday, February 22nd from 4:00pm to 5:30pm
DETAILS: Have you ever wondered what people are doing rolling back and forth on those foam apparatuses in the stretching area of the gym? Or maybe you’ve worked with a foam roller before, but you’re just not quite sure you’re doing it right. If your current fitness routine doesn’t include regular myofascial release, come to this workshop to learn the benefits, techniques, and tips for proper foam rolling to prevent and rehabilitate injuries.
Taste of Tour de France Ride – 1 Day Workshop
WHEN: Saturday, February 22nd from 7:45am to 9:15am
DETAILS: In this experiential cycling class, you’ll simulate riding a stretch of the actual Tour de France. Equipped with a projector, your instructor will guide you through the terrain and help you understand what various stretches of the course feel like on the bike. Start the weekend right with this heart-pumping taste of the Tour de France.
TRX – 6 Week Program

DETAILS: Achieve your maximum potential using a variety of functional equipment in combination with the TRX straps. TRX training not only burns calories, it increases the RATE at which your body burns calories. We provide a fast-paced circuit of compound and functional exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Our goal is to improve your overall strength, balance, core, and cardiovascular fitness.
